The 25th workshop of the GMW user group "Deposition and Etching Processes" will take place this year in Erlangen and will provide an open forum for discussions on the process areas of Physical Vapour Deposition (PVD), Plasma Enhanced Chemical Vapour Deposition (PECVD), Electrochemical Deposition (ECD), deposition processes in general and plasma etching. We look forward to a lively exchange with other semiconductor device manufacturers, equipment manufacturers, and research institutions.
